Randy very good, however I wish the rules were more clear, I sent some
comments directly to CQWW as is requested

As we say in our office when we write procedures, should be foolproof,
otherwise they are favoring cheaters.

Why you eliminate observers? I would like that someone visit me or be able
to visit a station to control. I asked before what is the procedure to
select a station to be observed and now this was eliminated?

On May 31 the CQ WW DX Contest Committee released a preliminary draft of the
2013 contest rules and asked for public review and comment. We are very
happy with the interest and feedback that we have received.

There have made enough changes based on the feedback that we want to release
a second draft in order for review. See the new version at:
