[CQ-Contest] IRCs

Being an active contester and QSL manager I have collected a pretty good 
number of the IRCs expiring the end of this year -- more than 30 of them. I 
know I can still redeem them for Air Mail stamps at the US Post Office but 
they should have more value than $1.10 for the right person given the cost 
of Air Mail postage outside the US. Anyone out there interested or know a 
different reflector where interested parties might hang out? Reply directly
