[CQ-Contest] Two points for intra-NA QSOs in CQWW?

What about: 

1 point for qsos with own country
2 points for qsos in your continent or with own country but in different CQ zone,

4 points for qsos with other continent

DX contacts still count a lot, other zone contacts in same continent counts 2 pts, add more fun 

to US stations by allowing them to contact each other.

I know this is not going to happen coz it would completly change records, leaders etc. but I think this 

kind of scoring would still "support" dxpd to rare countrys to win, allow more fun for black hole stations
and increase activity overall.
