[CQ-Contest] Two points for intra-NA QSOs in CQWW?

Distance is complicated and requires extra programming,  how about the 
maidenhead grid squares as in my case EN I am EN43xo to be exact

Any contact I make with another EN is 1 point
With any square that touches EN is 2 points
all others are three points
