Midweek CWops Test fun again this week.

North Americans please note that under daylight savings time,
sessions now start an hour later.

North Americans please also note that one-sixty and eighty are open
at 1300Z for the western half of the continent. Two weeks ago for the
1800Z session, ten meters was open but underutilized. Let's all try
ten at 1830Z. Finally, even if you're on the east coast, don't
neglect twenty at 0300Z.

When you're all done, even if you were just in CWT for fun and not
for score, please post your results on the 3830 reflector.
