[CQ-Contest] operating hours

Thats why I was fully disappointed with the new format for the old
Novice Roundup. 10 days of contest period and 24 hours of operating time.
there is no excuse of not being able to get all 24 hours in.

Plus it really becomes a contest of strategy too! Not just brute force.

you need to determine when is best to get on, to maximize QSO potentials.

i wish they'd bring a test back like that again, even like CQWW in
every way, But two weekends long all all the week in between too. LIKE
with WPX it would start tonight at 00:00Z Mar 30 and end 2359Z Apr 7

That would be sooo cool!
