[CQ-Contest] CQ WW Survey closed

In an effort to lower the blood pressure of reflector readers the CQ WW
Survey has been closed.  We ended up with about 6000 responses.  The process
of analyzing the data now begins.  Results will be made available on the
CQWW web site blog (http://cqww.com/blog/) as we have them.
