Three separate one-hour midweek contesting fun
sessions
<http://www.cwops.org/cwt.html>http://www.cwops.org/cwt.html .
Everyone welcome--you don't have to be a CWops member to join the fun.
For 2013, we are presenting awards for CWT participation. You earn
one point for each CWT session in which you make ten or more
contacts. You don't have to be a CWops member to earn points, but you
must be a member at the end of the year when the awards are
presented. To earn a Gold award, you need 60 points, Silver, 40, and
Bronze 24. This will be an ongoing program, but a first-year 2013
award will be very special. Our objective is to encourage CWT
participation--you don't have to be competitive to earn points, just active.
I've been doing some CWT number crunching. So far in 2013, we've had
at least 172 different stations post CWT scores on 3820. Lots of
stations are on track to earn a CWT participation award. Everybody,
get on and make contacts. Nothing will make us happier than sending
out lots and lots of participation awards.
Ten meters hasn't been the best lately. Let's maximize our chances of
finding each other by rallying on 28028 at 1930Z.
Don't forget twenty at 0300Z.
The first rule of CW is to have fun and to share the fun.
