[CQ-Contest] Busted Reversed Beacon Network spots

The trouble with using a list like master.dta is that it only contains a
fraction of the known active calls, never mind the odd birds you get in
WPX. Instead, both CW Skimmer and Skimmer Server use a file of callsign
*patterns* painstakingly derived by VE3NEA from 11 years of DX cluster
spots. For example, a pattern like DL#@@@ (DL, any number, and any
three letters) is rated as extremely common, while DR#@ and PA##@ are
rated as uncommon. That *doesn't* mean that DR1A or PA33A won't be
spotted, but Skimmer will want to see more repetitions before it
"believes" them. I think it would be fair to say those callsigns got
their fair share this weekend.

The RBN does not do any "tell me twice" test such as Mike suggests - we
leave that up to the user and his/her node filter setup.
