[CQ-Contest] Automation = lost essential skills

Sounds from the chatterboards and an online CQ zone map that Zone 37 is
correct, not Zone 21 as the loggers suggest. (Yemen apparently covers parts
of both 21 and 37.

So not copying what was sent from 7o2a (37) was in error. What you should
copy when it's clearly wrong... I'm not sure.
