[CQ-Contest] Why and why not do this?

Javier and all.... I am sick of citing things I have actually personally
done and have people on the reflectors tell me that somehow they have ESP
and just are sure I could not have done that.  In my story herein, I
ACTUALLY DID use an antenna within the legal rule site for my experiment.
I took the "lie" out of my nickname, Charlie, and am now Charly.  73
