[CQ-Contest] eBay help to overseas shipping

Looks like eBay has a new program to help sellers ship to buyers outside the USA. 
I have not tested it but it is described at http://pages.ebay.com/sellerinformation/shipping/globalshippingprogram.html
 
Now contesters and amp builders can send their spare 6KW amps to we needy in the far flung areas of the galaxy.
