[CQ-Contest] WW Committee feared that some of the non-assisted hotshots would take the opportunity to drop down to the 24-hour category for the sake of an easy

With spare time being at an all time premium and our ages continuing to 
climb the 24 hour option could take over and leave very little left 
after 30 or 36 hours when most everyone will have used up their time.

There should have been an assisted category.
