IF you don't send those contacts from another band , the guy that you worked
will have a   NIL , 

VI. AWARDS:

A single-band log will be eligible for a single-band award only. A log
containing more than one band will be judged as an all-band entry unless
specified as a single-band entry. A Single Operator station must operate a
minimum of 4 hours to be eligible for an award.
