Absolutely.  In fact, no QSOs should be omitted from your contest log
because the other stations will receive NIL (Not In Log) penalties.  The
entry category written into the Cabrillo log file header determines how your
log is scored, e.g., Single Band, even if there are QSOs on other bands.
