[CQ-Contest] Re-thinking Asia and contests

It would be very, better said, VERY difficult if not impossible,  to
balance all the situations across the globe.
For example,  here in LU, CX, CE we are certainly not favored at all from
160 through 20 meters.
We can say we are pretty okay in 15, and finally we have a clear advantage
on 10 meters (in this case, specially when SFI is below 110 and EU/USA
don't have a solid path on this band that lasts for more than just a few
hours).

On the other hand something really simple like 1 point per mile or
kilometer for everyone could be really simple to implement. It won't be
perfect, but at least it will be fairer than the current scoring scheme.
A distance based scoring system like in Stew Perry Challenge could be great.
