Somebody posted that reading or even discussing the rules for PdA is grounds
for DQ.  Who posted that?

Per DG's own guidance, the PDA SCoring and Monitoring (SCAM) board have
officially declared that PDA 2011 results are in affect for 2014.

Could it be? Twice in a life time? :)
