[CQ-Contest] Suggestions for Rotor RS232 control?

Tnx all.  Just ordered the ERC (with relays).  Got a response within 
hours from Rene.  How refreshing!

I recall a post several years ago from N2IC suggesting that Idiom Press 
sell out to a company that does provide customer service, such as Array 
Solutions or DX Engineering.  I second the motion!
