[CQ-Contest] ARRL Log checking reports

All:

I am the logchecker for the 10M contest. I turned in the checked
results to ARRL HQ several months ago. As Dave, K3ZJ noted the LCRs for
that contest are on the ARRL web site.

My logchecking cohort Tim, K9TM does the 160M contest. Same thing - he
turned in the checked results and LCRs to ARRL HQ several months ago. I
have not checked to see if the LCRs for this contest are on the ARRL web
site.

Those who have been paying attention know that Sean, KX9X stepped down
as ARRL Contest Branch Manager last year, and Mike N1TA was hired to
take his place. He was only at the League for a short time, then
resigned. A search for a new Contest Branch Manager ensued - the usual
tasks of resume collection, interviews, evaluation of candidates, etc.
While this was going on, former Contest Branch Managers Dan, N1ND and
Sean KX9X, and contesting contributor-at-large Ward, N0AX worked IN
THEIR SPARE TIME to keep everything running, and IMHO for the most part
did a fine job.

Matt, W1MSW is now on board as the new Contest Branch Manager and is
working hard to get caught up. Let's give him a chance.

I am just an ARRL volunteer so I have no official stake in this, It just
irritates me to read the criticism and whining in this thread about the
ARRL Contest Branch. We owe a debt of gratitude to people like N1ND,
KX9X and N0AX who stepped outside of their paid jobs at the League to
help continue the business of the ARRL Contest Branch get through this
time of transition. Impatient complainers need to take a deep breath
and get a grip. Take a pill if necessary...
