[CQ-Contest] Legalities and ethics of international remote operation?

Yes, I was called by the same guy. After he gave me his exchange, I 
asked "YO ?" and he said yes. Bull.

Glad I worked a real YO on Sunday. I would hate to get credit for a wake 
multiplier.
