Bill, you are confusing peak per minute rates with average hourly rates. 
Doing the rates LY8O stated for one minute is very possible, even for me. 
Keeping this pace for 60 minutes is something only N5TJ K9PG and JA3ODC can 
do.

480 Qs per hour on SSB?  Pretty good op.
