No matter what the station sent its the power classification he entered.  If 
he was running  1500W and entered the low power classification then he 
should be disqualified.

The station Herb mentioned has been on most contest directors radar for a 
long time.  Herb is right that its discouraging to go to the Caribbean and 
have a cheater beat you when everything you did was on the up and up.
