[CQ-Contest] Final WRTC2014 Team Sponsor Auction

With 58 of the 59 competing teams for WRTC2014 announced, there is only one
spot remaining. Sponsorship of the final team will be made available by
auction on March 9, 2014.  The winner of the auction will earn the right to
name their team for the WRTC2014 competition (subject to approval by the
WRTC2014 organizing committee).

Anyone interested in participating in the auction must register in advance.
