[CQ-Contest] RBN feed for a single source skimmer under HRD

Guys, this will not work.  CC User does not support the AR Cluster V6 
commands.  I'd be happy to work with you on this Jeff, because I have 
been there in spaces - with both VE7CC, CCUser, ARCluster V6 and the AR 
Cluster client, so let's not burn bandwidth on CQContest.
