[CQ-Contest] Help Needed! How to Register Teams for NAQP CW?

I am trying to register four teams for NAQP CW tomorrow for SECC and I 
am trying to go to www.ncjweb.com/cwnaqpteamreg.php, but I get a message 
that the page is not found.  I seem to remember seeing a reference to a 
new NCJ webpage in the past few days, but I can't find that message.  
Can anyone tell me how to register the teams before the contest starts
