[CQ-Contest] CQ WPX rules, it finally happened

No need for contest cops.
Whenever you find someone not CQing for like 10 minutes, like I did a
couple of times, you (if you feel like) can tell the organizer about this
lid and that's it.
The rest is just a matter of listening to the contest recordings.
