Huh? Isn´t that impatience the name of the game contesting???
Running stations fight for the last millisecond substituting even "TU" wit
"dit-dit" - but S&P-ops should be meant to have idle time... Let alone that
the S&P-station may be an unassisted SO2R-op.

Enforcing does not seem to be too difficult. It will hit stations IDing so
rarely that they will cause complaints which can be checked with
SDR-recordings.
