[CQ-Contest] WRTC2014 Radios and Software

I only addressed Wintest in my earlier email.

I do note that last year OZ1IKY distributed to the Danish Contest
Academy set-up directions in Danish for N1MM as well as Wintest, so
anecdotedly there appears to be interest in both contest logging
programs here in Denmark.
