[CQ-Contest] CTU Centennial book available

A special Contest University (CTU) was held during the ARRL Centennial in
Hartford, CT earlier this month. 

Thanks to W3LPL, N0AX, W5ZN, K1DG, W1UE, W0YK and K5ZD for creating content
and presenting contesting topics to almost 200 in attendance.
