[CQ-Contest] 10 Meter Sweeping Sounds?

Anyone else hearing the mess on 10 meters that sounds like hundreds of sweeping signals across the band?  Mainly coming from JA or BY?  Thought it was something local, but only shows up when the band opens to JA and the signals seem to peak when I point the beams to JA.

Really makes a mess of the band out here...
