[CQ-Contest] Dayton Crowne Plaza - 2015

As many of you know - I have worked with the Crowne Plaza for several years
to secure Contester rooms for Contest University and Hamvention.
2015 should be another great year.

Anyone who stayed at the Crowne Plaza this year (and stayed in the
Contesters room block) received a paper under your door to set your
reservation for 2015. Many of you completed that form and dropped it off at
the front desk as you left the hotel - thus securing your 2015 reservations.
You will be entered into the hotel reservation system in the next few weeks.

On August 4, 2014 we (the hotel staff) will begin taking reservations for
all open rooms. 

IMPORTANT - The Crowne Plaza will not accept reservations for the Dayton
2015 week before August 4, 2014. 

Once the reservation period is opened - the hotel will sell out quickly.

The 2015 base room rate will increase $2.00 over the 2014 rate. A double or
single room will be $141.00 per night plus taxes (3).

details the week before August 4, 2014.
It will include the special web site address for new 2015 reservations.
