[CQ-Contest] Friday November 28 - Ladder Format but with Dupes OK

*November 28 - Ladder Format and Dupes OK  - 0230Z*

*It's turkey day evening, so to spruce up things a bit, one dupe will be
*on any of our four bands after an intervening QSO or band change.  So two
QSOs are possible **per band with a given station.  *

*Remember to listen for PJ4/K4BAI from Bonaire. Per tradition, John will
be mult for NS.*

Local start times: 1830 Pacific, 1930 Mountain, 2030 Central, 2130 Eastern
Time -- Thursday Night -- 30 minutes exactly.

- 160, 80, 40, and 20 meters, 40 KHz up from band edge (1810-1820 kHz)
- 100 watts maximum
- Sprint format (1,1) -  two per band dupes OK
- mults per band
