A Ukrainian, not pro-russian, can use his valid Ukrainian callsign in
Crimea?
The referendum has no validity whatsoever.
It is like saying all CP inmigrants with a valid LU Id can vote in a
referendum to make Buenos Aires part of CP!
That is not how things go.
