[CQ-Contest] Caliphate of ISIS in CQWW SSB

Would those opposed to CQ Magazine's position on Crimea support the position
that the upcoming operation from the Caliphate of ISIS by a boy and his
radio with a call sign issued by the now local ruling body should count for
points and the Syria or Iraq mult depending on its exact location (or should
it be a new one?) 

 

NOTICE: The above hypothetical question is an extreme example and is asked
for the sole purpose of being outrageous.
