OK, I have to ask:
Just what is your motivation in asking such a question?  Do you have a specific contest in mind?

With respect to CQWWDX, the answer is the same as already posted for SS.  Specifically:

Of course, in CQWWDX, even if it were allowed, you would get zero points and hence no score impact (unless you were the only QSO with your country/zone).  Was that your motivation in asking?  Are you going some place really rare and you don't want to miss your own mult(s)?
