[CQ-Contest] Announcing the 2015 FQP Spelling Bee

Hi Mike,

The awards page should have been updated already for 2015. I'll verify that
further tonight.

Spelling "ORANGE" gets you a special certificate. Barring unexpected
problems with the implementation, the certificate can be endorsed for
working all 1x1s on CW, phone, and both CW and phone. Certificates are
electronic.

The plaques are substantially the same from year to year, depending on the
munificence of our sponsors. Did you have a specific question about an
award?
