[CQ-Contest] WRTC2018 - qualification standings only with test data

Hi folks,

We have got several e-mails regarding online standings for the WRTC 2018 
qualification process. The first four events (ARRL-DX CW and SSB, RDXC, 
and WPC SSB) are over and the log submission deadlines are passed. 
However, there are no claimed scores available. Therefore we can not 
publish any standings yet.

If you see the new section live 
scoringhttp://www.wrtc2018.de/de/livescoring on our wrtc2018.de web page 
you can get an idea of the system but only with some test data.

We follow the quite popular approach of Marek, SQ2GXO. He helped with 
the software. Thank you Marek for the great ham spirit.
