Many of you have already read this.  But isn't it revealing where the
donations come from.  Maybe they should allocate their contacts according to
the percent donation.

   North America:  80%        Oceania 1%
   Europe: 13%                Middle East & Africa: 0%
   Asia: 6%                   Mexico/South America: 0%
