[CQ-Contest] CQWW Committee to Review Past Four Years for Cheating

I haven't seen mention of this before, but in the August, 2015 CQ Magazine
"Ham Radio News" on page 3 there is an item indicating the CQWW committee
will be reviewing the past four years  of results for cheating by log
padding. The blurb also mentioned one station had been banned for FIVE years
for log padding in the 2014 contest which I must have missed.
