[CQ-Contest] ARRL November Sweepstakes Phone Results

Speaking as the guy who stirred up discussion of W1AW/Portable scoring 
on this list, I want thank Matt and the Sweepstakes scoring crew for 
fixing the problem quickly. It's so nice to see that "83" in the 
official results.
