When:August 22, Saturday, 1600Z-0400Z (noon to midnight EDT)

Where:80-10 CW and SSB

Who: Anyone works Ohio stations!

Why: To make contacts with as many Ohio counties as possible (78 or 88 have 
planned operations so far)

How: Out of Ohio, RST and state, In Ohio RST and county
