Hi Brian,

First thanks for QSO on 10m. QSB was deep and my two 10m antennas are somewhat broken.
This year my participation to ARRL 10m will be limited...

Regarding the TS-590 group, there two Yahoo Groups I know for historical reasons :
50% of the members of each group are in both.
This one, older and more popular, which members are more europeans (original owner was HB9, but the owner is now a ZL) :
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/KenwoodTS-590
And this one (less popular, more US stations) :
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TS-590S/

There are no reasons you should be refused membership and both groups are active.
If you need help, I will contact the moderators.

73,
Yan.
