[CQ-Contest] CQWW survey results

Jim, it wasn't the 1 percent who reported that they would operate more 
hours in CQWW if there were a 24-hour category. It was true a decade 
ago, and I think it would be true now, if we'd let it.  The current 
Classic category is a step in the right direction.
