[CQ-Contest] NAQP CW Op Name - Je suis Charlie

If someone had sent in a NAQP exchange, "NAME IS TIM QTH IS MD" I would put
TIM and MD in my logger and they would show up in the Cabrillo. I would not
put NAMEISTIM in the Cabrillo.

If someone sends me "JE SUIS CHARLIE LA " I'm assuming he's speaking French
(a perfectly cromulent language in several important parts of North
America) and put CHARLIE LA in the logger.

Let's hope Rumplestiltskin doesn't come back!
