[CQ-Contest] IARU HF Championship - List of HQ multipliers

Hello guys,
You may want to remove AZ0F and AZ0H for RCA.

Probably there will be LU4AA/H  LU4AA/F and LU4AA/D giving out the RCA mult
this time around.

Update your cty.dat in order to have those /H /F and /D to relfect LU
instead of something else.
