I've been running it for about 5 months, on both a Parallels VM on Mac, as
well as a Quadcore Intel desktop.
I've been using N1MM and N1MM+ on it, and find no issues at all.
If you don't like the Windows 8 tile interface, you'll be happier with
Windows 10. It defaults to the old-style desktop. THe tiled desktop is
there, but only if you want it.
What is weird is they put tiles in the Start menu. Guess they cannot
figure out what to do with them.
Windows 10 runs very decently on small systems. It flies on my i7 Mac
Mini with 16GB RAM and a TB SSD.
For QRP Windows 10, it will run on a Raspberry Pi 2. Let's see if some
enterprising ham designs a radio with Windows 10 as the control system!
It will be released to the general public on July 29th. Don't download it
that day though -- even if they have 10,000 servers running, it will be a
mess.
