Jack,
I understand that you are joking, but seriously, you could do that trick in
the past as well. There were no point waiting for the rules change. Anyway,
achieving good results is hardly possible that way. You have to be able to
copy that fast CW by ears in order to be able to call station and put him in
the log. Having said that, if your post will attract more participants that
would be to everybody's benefit.
