[CQ-Contest] Intruder on 20m?

I copy it too here in YN, direction peaks are towards EU (short path)
but I can't get any tighter than that. I don't have any decoding
abilities. But I do hear it, and have heard it most of today as I tune
across. Its not terribly loud here.
