[CQ-Contest] Tesla memorial HF CW contest

Dear fellow contesters,

Amateur radio union of Serbia is announcing new  HF contest dedicated to 
Nikola Tesla, great scientist and inventor. The rules are somewhat 
different than common HF contest rules since it's on 80 meters band and 
CW only and the scoring is calculated based on distance. It could lasts 
8 or 14 hours, starting this Saturday, 18:00 Z and  ending 07:59 Z 
Sunday morning.
