[CQ-Contest] Receiving duplicate posts

Hi,

Can someone advise me how to fix this problem.

I receive two copies of each post to the CQ-Contest reflector. If I go 
to the options page and disable mail delivery all mail stops are 
expected. If I enable it I receive a copy of each message posted and 
then 10-15 later I receive another copy.

Suggestions as to how to stop the second delivery would be useful
